CULINARY EXPRESSION along the lines with the new creative wave of ‘author cuisine’, we are inspired by our own and global heritage cookery. Our mise en place - equally for gastronomy and mixology - is centred on fresh bases prepared with local in-season ingredients, including fresh aromatics and apothecary herbs.
VISUAL NARRATIVE leans toward folksy, uncontrived composition & simple presentation, with food often served family style or as shareable ensemble meal of individual sides with freshly prepared accenting accoutrements.
